All orders are processed and shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground. Expect to receive an email with tracking information once order has been processed to ship. Shipping typically occurs within 24 business hours of your order being placed. Please contact us with any questions. Typically your pillow should arrive on your doorstep within 3-5 business days. This is not a guarantee, however, most customers experience this timeline. When returning product shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.


Customers may use up to one discount code per purchase. Discounts cannot be combined. The discount code must be put in at the time of checkout on the website and each code is only valid during the specified promotion time and must be valid for the ilovemypillow.com website in the United States. No adjustments on previous purchases.
